Business Process Manager – ERP Transformation and M&A; Integration
Questo ruolo di esperto (SME) combina responsabilità di Business Process Ownership (BPO) nelle Supply Chain e Operations all'interno della Electrification Service Division, con particolare focus sulla trasformazione e migrazione ERP verso SAP S/4 Hana.
Il ruolo richiede profonda competenza nella progettazione di processi e nella leadership della trasformazione per guidare standardizzazione, eccellenza operativa e realizzazione dei benefici.
Il Business Process Owner è un ruolo di leadership interfunzionale responsabile della definizione e implementazione di modelli di processo standardizzati su più modelli di prodotto e geografie.
Garantisce che processi, sistemi e pratiche operative evolvano in modo coerente per supportare la crescita scalabile e l'eccellenza operativa.

Il ruolo contribuisce a livello globale alla Electrification Service Division.
I principali stakeholder sono le funzioni Business e IS all'interno di Electrification Service e i partner delle altre divisioni.
You Will Be Mainly Accountable For
Lead the design, definition, and implementation of business process templates for ERP processes across the Electrification Service Division
Establish target operating models and standardized processes for Engineer-to-Order (ETO), Configure-to-Order (CTO), and Make-to-Stock/Make-to-Order (MTS/MTO) in the service domain
Align existing processes across countries and drive standardization in realization of business value and expected benefits
ERP Transformation & Implementation
Partner with IS/ERP and application owners to ensure processes are supported by appropriate systems and application
Lead process implementation across the organization, including training, education, and best practice sharing
Support the migration to SAP S/4 Hana and ensure alignment with system capabilities
Stakeholder & Change Management
Collaborate with functional and regional management to ensure buy-in and drive process adoption
Develop and execute communication and change management plans across all relevant stakeholders
Act as primary liaison between functional teams, business stakeholders, and transformation leadership
Qualifications For The Role
10 years of experience in Supply Chain and Operations processes, including Engineer-to-Order (ETO), Configure-to-Order (CTO), and Make-to-Stock/Make-to-Order (MTS/MTO)
Background in manufacturing or factory environment strongly preferred
Sound SAP system and process understanding in the modules SAP SD, PP, MM, PS; experience with SAP S/4 Hana is a plus
Project management and change management experience, with ability to drive cross-functional initiatives
Solid understanding of Operational Excellence principles and business process optimization
Strong analytical skills with ability to assess impact, identify risks, and support data-driven decision-making
University degree: Master of Science / MBA in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Production Planning, Supply Chain or related field
