Your Responsibilities\n\nIdentify, assess and monitor subsidy and grant opportunities relevant to the organization\nSupport the preparation and review of subsidy applications, financial plans and budgets\nDesign, implement and maintain a full P&L; monitoring process and related reports\nBuild and simulate financial models and scenarios to support business plans, budgeting, ROI calculation, and decision‑making\nPerform detailed analysis of financial results vs. forecasts and prior periods, highlight risks, and support cross‑functional teams in identifying root causes and countermeasures\nDevelop a global reporting architecture across countries, customers, cost centers and contracts\nDefine and implement standard processes for budgeting and reporting, focusing on efficiency, simplification and continuous improvement\nTrack actual vs. planned financial KPIs, explain deviations and provide insights on cost structure, SLAs and transfer prices in collaboration with Accounting\nSupport overall business growth and advise management on key business drivers \n\n\nYour Qualifications & Skills\n\nBachelor's degree in economics, with focus in accounting and finance\nPrevious work experience in controlling, ideally in an international matrix company\nProfound knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting processes, and reporting\nStrong business analytical skills, data interpretation and a high level of attention to detail\nExperience with financial software, such as SAP, MS Office (esp.
