BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Follow the operational planning of VM activations, including prioritization, timeline development, and process improvements to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders and the Design team on implementation to meet deadlines and budgets.

In This Role, You Will
* Follow the development of seasonal window cycles, pop-in, and pop-up activations.
* Support the VM Operations team, ensuring alignment with regional and cross-functional partners, considering quantity, production, schedules, delivery, and budgets.
* Collaborate with the Design Studio and suppliers to keep timelines and budgets within scope.
* Track and communicate schedules to support on-time delivery.
* Manage the process from Design Studio briefing to execution, connecting markets and suppliers.
* Organize priorities among stakeholders, translating strategy into actionable plans, managing multiple projects with varying timelines.
* Anticipate and resolve roadblocks, escalating issues promptly.

In This Role, You Will
* Develop seasonal window cycles, pop-in, and pop-up activations.
* Support VM operations, ensuring alignment with partners, budgets, and schedules.
* Coordinate with the Design Studio and suppliers to adhere to timelines and budgets.
* Monitor and communicate schedules for timely delivery.
* Manage the process from briefing to execution, linking markets and suppliers.
* Prioritize tasks among stakeholders, managing multiple projects with different timelines.
* Proactively identify and resolve issues, escalating when necessary.

* At least 4 years of relevant experience
* Creative skills and a luxury sensibility
* Personal taste and project translation ability
* Organizational skills and proactive attitude
* Self-motivation, autonomy, results orientation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Background in VM, Design, Architecture, or Engineering (preferred)
* Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Excel, 3D software (preferred)
* Willingness to travel internationally
