This key position will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth in Italy by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and expanding our presence in local markets. The position is based in Milan, with occasional travel between Milan and Paris as needed.In a nutshell, your key responsibilities are: Market Analysis & StrategyConduct thorough market research to identify potential growth areas and emerging trendsDevelop and implement strategic business plans to meet company growth objectivesAnalyse competitors and assess potential risks and opportunitiesIdentify client needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their business objectivesNegotiate contracts and close business deals that align with company goalsSales & Revenue GrowthAchieve and exceed revenue targets by generating leads and converting them into new business opportunitiesDevelop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closureCollaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to create compelling proposals and presentationsPartnerships & NetworkingIdentify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance business growthAttend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and expand its market footprintReporting & Performance TrackingPrepare regular reports on sales, market performance, and strategic initiatives for senior managementMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies, adjusting them to ensure sustained growth About YouYou'll be a good fit for the role if you have: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, ideally within a fast‐growing Tech or SaaS company, with a proven track record of successfully developing new business and achieving revenue targetsNative Italian speaker with mandatory fluency in English, as you will be working with both local and international clientsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tacticallyStrong understanding of market dynamics in Europe, with a particular focus on ItalyProficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools Recruitment Process Recruiter interview (30 min)Hiring Manager interview (45 min)Take‐home case study and presentationFinal interview with VP Sales (30 min)Team Fit interview (30‐45 min)Reference Check Equal Opportunity EmployerWe are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experiences.
