Its fast paced and challenging, but well coach and mentor you while broadening your experience through a range of tasks and impactful activities. The program is split into three main stages of work: /p ul lib18 months /b as Account Manager or HS Representative. Youll get hands-on experience and a deep insight into the core of our business our customers, products, services and software. /li lib9 months /b as Field Engineer. You will be working with our customers, sales teams, contractors, and designers. This involves educating critical influencers on construction projects about the proper use, advantages and value of Hilti products and, to securing their specification in the designs. /li lib3 months /b on a regional strategic project on Engineering Marketing, Engineering Competence Center or PMO. This will give you an international perspective of our company. /li /ul h3What you need is: /h3 pWe love to hear from you if: /p ul liYou hold a masters degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical o Building) /li liYou are fluent in English and in Italian /li liYou have spent maximum 2 years in a professional environment /li liYou are flexible team player, with good communication and social skills, and you can inspire others. /li liYou are mobile: ready to move to another city and start your career /li liYou have a driving license /li /ul h3Why should you apply? /h3 pOurs is a high-performing culture for very driven people.
