Your tasks
* Proactive customer acquisition and establishment of new business relationships with decision makers i.e. investment banks, advisors or big corporates
* Sales of software solutions for dealing with confidential information on M&A Transactions
* Account planning, strategic sales, support and development of key accounts
* Presentations, creating and following-up on offers, contract negotiations directly with decision makers
* Participating and networking at trade fairs, congresses and events
* Documentation of activities in company CRM
Your Profile
* Ability to stablish great relationships within the M&A sector
* Experience at engaging, presenting and closing next steps on client facing meetings
* Proven track record in driving the full sales cycle from start to finish: cold calls, building pipelines and closing
* Industry knowledge in M&A and/or Real Estate
* Enthusiastic team player with good communications skills, hands-on mentality, strong engagement and motivation
* Italian on a native level and business fluent in English, other languages are advantageous
* Desirable: Industry knowledge in the areas of software, sales, SaaS
