We seek scientific and business professionals who are highly motivated, collaborative, and share our passion for fighting cancer. /ppbGeneral Description: /b /ppUnder the direction of the Director of Commercial Operations Italy, this individual is responsible for maximizing the performance of BeOne Medicines' oncology products in Italy, managing a team of Key Account Managers. /ppThe Associate Director Regional Field Manager (RFM) implements marketing and sales strategies and is responsible for achieving sales targets supported by defined resources and budgets. The RFM also coaches and develops her/his commercial team. /ppbEssential Functions: /b /pulliBuilds brand awareness for BeOne Medicines and its products in the oncology market. /liliEstablishes relationships with key opinion leaders, study groups, and key accounts. /liliPrepares the market for product approval. /liliImplements marketing strategies for product launches. /liliBuilds and structures a competent commercial field team in Italy. /liliAchieves regional sales goals and performance parameters. /liliPlans and monitors regional and cluster budgets. /liliSets sales goals and analyzes market data. /liliIdentifies developmental needs of team members and provides coaching and training. /liliProvides scientific advice and support to KOLs. /liliCollaborates with cross-functional teams and keeps management informed of market changes. /liliSupervises key account plans and collaborates with Market Access to facilitate account access. /liliWorks closely with Marketing to optimize field force effectiveness and aligns strategies across departments. /liliParticipates in scientific meetings and workshops. /liliProvides leadership to foster a high-performance, engaged, and accountable team culture. /liliBuilds strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, supporting organizational goals. /liliEnsures compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations. /li /ulpbQualifications: /b /pulliScientific education and experience in similar roles; life science degree preferred. /liliOver 5 years of leadership experience in the oncology market. /liliProven success in fast-growing, entrepreneurial environments. /liliDeep knowledge of oncology, especially lung and gastric cancers preferred. /liliStrong contacts with oncologists and opinion leaders. /liliExcellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. /liliMotivated, solution-oriented, with a positive attitude. /liliFluent in English and proficient in MS Office. /liliValid driver’s license. /li /ulpuEducation: /u University degree in science or business; minimum 10 years industry experience. /ppSupervisory responsibilities include hiring, supervising, and developing the local/regional sales team. /ppuTravel: /u Approximately 60% of the time. /ppOur values of Patients First, Driving Excellence, Bold Ingenuity, and Collaborative Spirit are demonstrated through our competencies, which include fostering teamwork, providing honest feedback, acting inclusively, demonstrating initiative, results-orientation, analytical thinking, and clear communication. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
