Intern: Sales Effectiveness
Join a 6‑month extracurricular internship role where you will support the Sell‑out leader and Strategic Account Manager for Philips Personal Healthcare portfolio in the IIG region (Italy, Israel, Greece).
Responsibilities
* Support the preparation of all key information that need to be provided to the external agencies taking care of the sell‑out project such as: assortments/promo plan for key customers.
* Support the set up of extra activities with the agency like implementation of sell‑out promotions/planning of secondary placement: the full process need to be managed from the definition and planning of the activity with the trade shopper marketing till the execution and check in store.
* Run analysis to monitor the trend for key KPI such as On Shalf availability, share of secondary placement/% of out of stock.
* Preparation of internal review to monitor the sell‑out project.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or related field.
* Advanced Excel proficiency; strong analytical and business acumen.
* Being proactive, independent, and collaborative with a solution‑focused mindset.
* Proficiency in Italian and English.
Work Environment
For this office‑based internship you are expected to work in the company’s facilities at least 3 days per week.
