It currently has 35 offices worldwide and continues to grow its presence. For their new headquarters in Milan, they are looking for a : Pay : TBD CONTRACT : PERMANENT Working for the largest charter brokerage as a Trainee Sales Broker you will be responsible for organising and arranging group charters. Day to day duties will include but are not limited to : Researching and identifying clients to identify new business opportunities Proactively targeting a list of potential clients through outbound sales calls, emails, visit etc Follow up quickly and efficiently on any enquiries - converting any potential clients into ACS clients Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business Manage charter bookings from initial enquiry to completion REQUIREMENTS : Customer focused, ambitious and driven Resilient with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Highly motivated with a desire to reach and exceed targets Flexible and willing to occasionally work out of hours (Aviation isn't 9-5)!
