with experience in 
digital marketing and communication, capable of managing

What You’ll Do - 
Manage strategic projects 
from the brief phase through to 
ideation, 
planning, and 
final delivery, ensuring 
quality, timelines, and 
budget 
are met. - 
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams : creatives, social media managers, content creators, designers, videomakers, and developers. - 
Be the 
main point of contact 
for 
clients, providing constant updates, aligning expectations, and solving any issues that arise. - 
Define and monitor 
project KPIs, 
milestones, and 
deliverables, with 
clear and regular reporting. - 
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, 
balancing 
priorities, resources, 
and 
deadlines. 
What We’re Looking For - 
At least 3 years of experience 
as a 
Project Manager 
in 
creative, digital, 
or 
marketing agencies. - 
Fluency in both Italian and English 
( C1 level ). - 
Experience in managing integrated digital campaigns 
(social, advertising, branding, content strategy). - 
Ability to 
translate creative strategies 
into 
actionable and measurable operational plans. - 
Skills in reporting and analyzing KPIs 
to evaluate performance and 
optimize results. - 
Deep knowledge 
of 
project management methodologies. - 
Experience managing 
high-level national and international clients. - 
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and 
leadership skills. 
Nice to have: - 
Experience in managing international 
or 
multi-platform campaigns. - 
Knowledge of 
paid social, advertising, and 
analytics. - 
Experience managing 
cross-functional projects. - 
Background in 
product launches, 
social-first digital campaigns, or 
multi-channel campaigns. -
