In particular, this position focuses on designing, developing, and verifying embedded software for avionics systems. We are seeking a technical leader who is able to: /p ul liCollaborate with hardware engineers, system architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that RINA avionics systems meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance. /li liCoordinate team activities and mentor junior members. /li /ul pYou should have a strong understanding and experience in real-time embedded systems, software development, and system integration. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 pHere are the skills we are looking for: /p ul libSoftware development: /b Design and implement embedded software applications for avionics systems. Develop software in compliance with DO-178C or similar safety-critical standards. Implement software requirements and design applications. Integrate software into target equipment. /li libSystem design: /b Participate in defining system architecture and software requirements. Work with system engineers to allocate requirements to software components. Conduct trade-off analysis to determine the best solution. /li libSystem integration: /b Debug embedded software on target equipment. Support VV team during testing and validation activities for defect analysis. Resolve detected issues by implementing necessary corrections. /li libDocumentation: /b Prepare and maintain software documentation according to company and industry standards. Generate reports and documentation for regulatory compliance. /li libCollaboration and communication: /b Work closely with hardware engineers for seamless integration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize system performance. Communicate effectively with stakeholders about status and technical assessments. /li libContinuous improvement: /b Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in avionic software.
