As a global pioneer in New Energy Solutions BYD is dedicated to building a zero-emission ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:Community Content Planning & PublishingDevelop and execute community content plans aligned with brand and business objectivesCreate, localize, and publish engaging content (posts, announcements, campaigns, feature guides, etc.) within the APP communityCoordinate with regional and HQ teams to ensure content consistency and localization relevanceCommunity Moderation & Quality ManagementReview, moderate, and approve user generated content to ensure community guidelines and quality standards are metIdentify highquality posts and users, curate featured content, and promote positive community cultureMonitor community sentiment, trends, and user feedback, and provide actionable insightsHigh-Value User Identification & IncubationIdentify potential KOLs / KOCs / super users within the community based on content quality, engagement, and influenceDesign and implement user nurturing mechanisms (badges, privileges, recognition, campaigns, etc.)Maintain long-term relationships with core users to strengthen loyalty and advocacyCommunity Feature Optimization & SetupParticipate in the design, optimization, and iteration of community functions and user journeysCollect user feedback on community features and collaborate with product/UX teams to improve usability and engagementSupport new community sections, functions, or pilot programs during setup and rolloutData & Performance TrackingTrack and analyze key community metrics such as activity rate, content engagement, user growth, and retentionPrepare regular reports and optimization suggestions based on data and operational insightsRequirements:Native or fluent local language, with good command of English (written and spoken)2+ years of experience in community operations, content operations, social media, or digital marketingStrong understanding of online communities, user behavior, and content ecosystemsExperience with APP-based communities, forums, or brand-owned platforms is a strong plusExcellent content judgment and sensitivity to high-quality user-generated contentStrong communication, coordination, and execution skillsData-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionNice to HaveExperience in automotive, technology, consumer electronics, or lifestyle brandsFamiliarity with user growth strategies, KOC programs, or loyalty communitiesExperience working in a cross-cultural or international organizationLocation: MilanType of Employment: Full-timeOur goal is to build a zero-emission future that reconnects humanity with nature and a world of clean air.
