Main task and responsibilities: - Management and planning of the following types of purchase orders: - Direct (Materials of any product class as subsea equipment’s, site tools, generators, reels, carousels etc ); - indirect (All type of Services as transports, manning, external personnel, rental equipment, cable test, vessel charter, certifications etc ); - Scouting of new suppliers; - Drafting of "Bidder List" with suppliers and issue the tender; - Examination of technical offers and relative alignment in collaboration with internal client; - Examination of economic and commercial offers with alignment of contractual terms and general terms and conditions; - Prices Negotiation and selection of winner vendor(s) including preparation of Economic tabulation and price consistency; - Creation and issue of purchase order in SAP and relative Spent Analysis; - Update Procurement Plan (on a daily basis) and Frame Agreements and Blanket Order Reports (on a monthly basis); - Increase internal customer satisfaction by supporting and improving the efficiencies of the procurement cycle; Skills and Experience: - Professional experience in Purchasing departments; - Industries : Preferably Oil & Gas, Renewables, Construction, Vessel Chartering or Transports; - Degree, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Civil or Marine Engineering; - English fluent, written and spoken; - Main tools as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, excellent skill for Excel; Nice to Have: - Familiarity with BIMCO (SupplyTime, TowCon, GenCon etc ) contracts for Tug, CTV, Construction Vessel etc - Previous experience of 3/5 years into multinational companies with matrix organizations; - Use of SAP for procurement tasks; - Prysmian, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
