YARD UTILITY COORDINATOR
(John Deere Large Construction & Forestry Equipment Industry)
Location: Syracuse, NY
Job Type: Full Time | Hourly Non-Exempt | Monday–Friday
Compensation: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour (BOE)

Key Responsibilities
* The Yard Utility Coordinator is responsible for cleaning/detailing construction equipment and keeping the yard and shop areas clean and organized.
* Safely moves all machines/equipment around the yard as needed.
* Presentation /Parking of equipment on the yard.
* Perform basic pre-delivery and return inspections (damage, cleanliness, hours) for rentals, demos and loaners and document on inspection checklist
* Maintains the Grounds including the parking lots.
* Take pictures of machinery as needed.
* Complete necessary paperwork to assess the conditions of incoming and outgoing rental and other company owned machinery.
* Perform general building and yard maintenance as directed.
* Load and unload all trucks with equipment pertaining to the yard.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For
* 2-3 years' experience preferred – operating large construction equipment, a forklift and high-pressure washers.
* Must be able to work outside for a long period of time.
* Must be self-motivated and manage one's own time, resources and performs to the best of their ability under all work conditions.
* Ability to work flexible hours as well as work in various demanding environmental conditions.
* Excellent customer relationship skills.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass background screening.
