About the job
For our Healthcare Marketing Team in Milan we are looking as of now for an
* Healthcare Marketing Trainee
During your internship you’ll be part of a dynamic team and you’ll have visibility on all the company’s departments, and you’ll contribute to the achievements of your team. By supporting the Pediatric Healthcare team you’ll collaborate with several company’s departments and external stakeholders to develop your analytical skills and to discover competitive dynamics of our market and pediatrics products (Aptamil, Mellin and Nutricia).
In details, you’ll be involved on :
* Sales and market trends analysis (Nielsen DB, GFK, internal data)
* Creating and editing products’ technical specification sheets
* Supporting the senior brand manager with communication strategy and promotional activities to HCPs and patients
* Implementation of brand management plans, supporting communication and pack activities;
* Delivering trainings to sales force about our products portfolio
* Ad hoc activities on different therapeutic areas
* Supporting with events and congresses organization
About you
To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role, we believe you need to have :
* Master’s degree in Economics or Marketing (Pharmacy, Biology or Biotecnology);
* Problem solving and entrepreneurial thinking;
* Structured and analytical way of working;
* Relational skills and flexibility;
* Excellent Excel and Power Point knowledge;
* Previous international and / or internship experience will be a plus;
* Fluent in English.
