Main Responsibilities
* Engineering Projects
o Develop and execute the Site Master Plan,
o Lead strategic engineering initiatives and investment activities,
o Ensure GMP compliance and support HSE requirements
* Reliability & Maintenance
o Implement state-of-the-art maintenance systems,
o Drive predictive & maintenance strategies,
o Optimize manufacturing processes using LEAN, TPM, and Six Sigma methodologies,
o Budget management and cost control
* Utilities, Infrastructure & Sustainability
o Manage critical systems (PW, clean compressed air, HVAC, WWT, Boilers, Chillers)
o Drive & Promote energy efficiency initiatives and sustainable engineering practices
* Automation & Digital Systems
o Enhance automation and control systems (PLC, SCADA, BMS/EMS, AGVs/robots)
o Drive innovation with IoT, digital twins, and AI technologies, Ensure data integrity compliance for computerized systems
* Compliance, Quality & HSE
o Ensure adherence to GMP, ISO standards, and regulations and Lead safety programs and promote a culture of quality and safety
Competenze ed esperienza
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
* Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
* Preferred: Six Sigma certification
* 10+ years of Engineering/Maintenance experience in the pharmaceutical industry
* Preferred : Experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing & Packaging Operations
* International experience is highly valued
