Your mission is to turn the Paradox OS into a learning system that challenges, grows, and personalizes with AI.Key Responsibilities
Define and own the full learning system architecture, from design to executionScript learning experiences that engage heart and brain—each word, exercise, soundscape serves transformationCo-create courses with experts, translating genius into cinematic, science‐based journeysDesign AI agents, loops, and personalization that evolve with each userIterate on courses using learner data, feedback, and performance metrics to drive transformation and stickinessAnalyze, measure, and optimize KPIs of transformation, not just completionConduct research to inform course goals, learner personas, and curriculum structure
Ideal Candidate ProfileExperience:
3–6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education)Shipped at least one major feature or product end‐to‐end with measurable resultsComfortable with AI tools and Figma; proven track record of designing digital learning experiences across mediaPortfolio of cinematic/narrative‐rich courses or learning programs
