We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front Office Manager to oversee all aspects of our front desk operations at the brand-new Hampton by Hilton Venice Isola Nuova. In this pivotal role, you will lead our team in providing exceptional guest service, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that exceeds guest expectations. Your leadership will be key in optimizing operations and enhancing overall guest satisfaction. Join us in making every guest's stay memorable! Key responsibilities Supervise and lead the front desk team, ensuring high levels of performance, motivation, and professional development. Ensure exceptional guest service by overseeing the check-in and check-out procedures, addressing guest inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly. Manage daily front office operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow to maintain efficiency and effectiveness. Act as the primary point of contact between the front office and other departments, facilitating clear communication to ensure seamless operations. Collaborate with reservations team to optimize room inventory, pricing strategies, and occupancy levels. Provide ongoing training and support for front office team, ensuring they are knowledgeable about hotel policies, procedures, and service standards. Monitor and analyze front office performance metrics, implementing improvements as needed to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a positive experience. Oversee cash handling procedures, ensure accurate billing, and manage the front office budget to meet financial goals. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations, maintaining a secure environment for guests and team. Requirements Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or similar role withing the hospitality industry Strong understanding of hotel management software’s Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, within a passion for customer service Ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong leadership and team management abilities Proficiency in English and Italian, additional languages are a plus We offer Competitive salary and benefits package.
