You have graduated with a Master’s degree from an Engineering School (Electronics, Aeronautical/Space Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) or a University. You have proven experience in Software and/or Hardware, Systems Engineering and IVVQ activities. You want to continuously update your expertise and design innovative solutions to fit customer needs. You want to strengthen your expertise in conception, requirement management, development, test, integration or validation. You are motivated by solving complex problems in a challenging environment. You are a team player who enjoys collaborative work. You have a synthetic and clear view of the organisation. You are a mentor willing to share knowledge. You are resourceful, analytical and structured. You are open‑minded, curious, rigorous and logical. You are seen as ambitious. COMPETENCIES
Ability to quickly understand the system, its stakeholders, interactions, products and environment. Knowledge of a design‑to‑cost approach. Adaptability and ability to react to change. Familiarity with management and engineering tools such as DOORS, Polarion, TFS, JIRA. Experience with network configuration and administration. Experience leading engineering projects or activities. Analyse and understand customer needs through advanced studies, simulations, mock‑ups, models, prototypes, etc. Formalise specifications and architecture to propose the best solution/product to clients. Prepare and carry out integration, verification and validation tests. Define test plans and procedures for system‑level testing. Ensure technical integration and coherence of system design, interfaces, and performances. Design the architecture of the command and control system. Demonstrate the solution to the customer.
