Position Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Accountant to join our Italian team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day accounting and administrative activities, ensuring accurate financial records, smooth invoice processing, and effective order tracking through. This role will report directly to the General Manager and work closely with all company departments. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily administrative and accounting tasks Issue and record outgoing invoices (active billing) Verify the financial accuracy of operational activities and review invoice content Handle credit notes and reimbursements for dealers Maintain and update Excel files for order tracking and reporting Use TeamSystem for bookkeeping, document management, and data entry Coordinate with sales agents and dealers on administrative matters Support internal reporting and external accountant communication Assist with cash flow tracking and budget monitoring Perform additional tasks as assigned by management Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in administrative/accounting roles Educational background in accounting, economics, or finance Solid knowledge of Excel, including the ability to manage and analyze data Experience using TeamSystem or similar ERP/accounting platforms Strong organizational and multitasking skills Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Good communication and teamwork skills Fluent in Italian; proficiency in English and/or Chinese is a plus Familiarity with Italian accounting standards and compliance is preferred Why Join Us?
