What will your challenges be? /p pAs an bImplementation Consultant PLM /b, you will join our bProfessional Services organization managing software delivery projects in Italy /b, acting as key point of successful deployment and ensuring the work is aligned with the customer satisfaction and the contract. /p pYou will play a critical role in the success of Siemens Digital Industries Software, working closely with our customers helping them to achieve their objectives. You will bprovide technical expertise /b related to the use of our products and work in a Project team to bunderstand customer requirements, develop technical solutions /b that meet those needs and support the customer for a successful deployment to production. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCollaborating with customers to thoroughly analyze and specify project requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs. /li liTaking responsibility for drafting technical specifications, translating requirements into clear and actionable documentation. /li liDesigning and deploying robust solutions based on Siemens Industry Software products. /li liContributing to the validation and ongoing support of implemented solutions, ensuring their effectiveness and reliability. /li liWorking closely with project managers to guarantee alignment with project goals and to track delivery progress in line with the project plan. /li liContributing to the estimation of work-package breakdown, including scheduling and effort required for assigned tasks. /li liProactively participating in the creation and development of a favorable team working environment, fostering collaboration and mutual support. /li liProducing and managing both internal and client-facing documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liA Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Computer Science with a strong IT background. /li liGood knowledge of one or more programming languages (C, C++, JavaScript) and web frameworks (AngularJS, React), along with a solid understanding of web markup (HTML5, CSS3). /li liProficiency with standard MS Office applications. /li liExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills. /li liExceptional communication skills, a teamwork-oriented mindset, and a driven, self-motivated approach. /li liAn Italian native-level speaker with fluent English. /li liPossession of a driving license and availability to travel within Italy (a company car will be provided). /li /ul h3Nice to have / Great asset /h3 ul liExperience with PLM platforms. /li /ul pWe provide training in Siemens solutions to help you grow in this role. /p pWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
