As a Telehandler Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to dealers for technical problems and maintenance services for SANY’s systems construction equipment. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. /ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pullibPreventive Maintenance: /b Perform regular maintenance checks and scheduled services to ensure optimal performance and longevity of the equipment. /lilibCustomer Support: /b Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to customers, dealers, and internal teams. /lilibDocumentation: /b Maintain accurate records of service activities, including parts used, labor hours, and equipment status. /lilibQuality Assurance: /b Ensure all service work meets or exceeds SANY’s quality standards and complies with safety regulations. /lilibContinuous Improvement: /b Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback on existing products and contribute to the improvement of new designs. /li /ulpbQualifications: /b /pullibEducation: /b Degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field. /lilibExperience: /bAt least 3 years of experience in maintenance system and repair, preferably in the heavy equipment industry. /lilibTechnical Skills: /bProficient in troubleshooting and repairing, understanding of electrical systems, and familiarity with diagnostic tools and software. /lilibLicenses/Certifications: /bValid driver's license and any relevant certifications in heavy equipment. /lilibSoftware Skills: /bProficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn proprietary software systems. /lilibTravel: /bWillingness to travel within Italy and occasionally internationally as needed. /li /ul
