System Architecture Requirements: /u /strong /pulliDefine and manage system-level requirements and interfaces across mechanical, electrical, software and control domains. /liliSupport the development of system architecture, ensuring alignment with platform strategy and customer needs. /liliMaintain traceability of requirements throughout the development lifecycle. /liliDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, interface definitions and validation plans. /li /ulpstrongu3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: /u /strong /pulliCoordinate with Product Strategy, Product Line Engineers, Software Control, FuSa and Digital Transformation teams. /liliAct as the technical interface between internal stakeholders and external customers. /li /ulu4. Project Execution /uulliLead and coordinate the design, development and validation of platform-level integrated solutions. /liliEnsure timely delivery of milestones, managing risks and resolving technical issues. /liliSupport demo vehicle development and validation activities. /li /ulpstrongu5. Innovation Continuous Improvement: /u /strong /pulliContribute to the technology roadmap by scouting and integrating new technologies. /liliPromote data-driven decision-making and model-based engineering practices. /liliSupport sustainability initiatives by incorporating eco-design principles and circular economy models. /li /ulbJob Position Requirements /bpuEducation: /u University Bachelor's or master’s degree - Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Systems or related) /ppuProfessional background /u /pulli5+ years of experience in vehicle systems engineering or platform development. /liliStrong understanding of electric and hybrid vehicle architectures. /liliExperience with system integration, requirements management and validation. /liliKnowledge of digital engineering tools, simulation and model-based design /li /ulpstrongHard skills /strong /ppuEssential: /u /pp• Experience in Off-Highway or Commercial Vehicle applications. /pp• Understanding of company competition, their products and potential customer application. /ppuConsidered as a plus: /u /pp• Familiarity with Functional Safety (FuSa) standards (e.g. ISO 26262, ISO 13849). /pp• Knowledge of digital engineering tools, simulation and model-based design. /pp• Multilingual capabilities (Italian, English, French, German, etc). /pp• Experience with electric or hybrid vehicle platforms. /pSoft Skillsp• Highly motivated and enthusiastic self-starter. /pp• Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams. /pp• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. /pp• Fluent in English (written and spoken). /pp• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. /pp“If you are not contacted within 60 days after your application, the search should be considered filled.
