PFor strongBaralan International /strong headquarters, we are looking for a /ppbr/ppstrongHR MANAGER /strong /ppbr/ppWorking closely with the CHRO and the team, leveraging a strong proactive and collaborative attitude, you will support improvements in HR activities and new HR projects. Your daily goal will be to coordinate the administrative management and reporting of HR compliance and HR facility management for the parent company and production facilities in Italy. /ppYou will also support the CHRO in global projects. /ppbr/ppstrongMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: /strong /pulliSupporst the CHRO and the HR team in the identification of the needs of improvement of the HR standard operating model and the main HR processes (Performance Management, Staffing, Training Development, Incentive plan, CompBen, Talent Management) and implement the approved changes; /liliReviewes the Group Policies for the HR part according to the needs and after approval for changes (CHRO and President/CSO)Building and implementing the main HR processes (Staffing, Training, CompBen, Talent Management); /liliEnsures compliance with laws and regulations; /liliSupports in the identification of organizational needs for change and manage organizational development implementation plans; /liliMonitors and propones improving people engagement through related action plans and initiatives; /liliProposes, developes and manage performance review processes; /liliSupports and partecipates to the improvement of the hiring process; /liliSupport the CHRO and the Global Talent specialist in the development of training strategy and programs; /liliSupport the development of the evaluation system and manage the evaluation process; /liliProposes competitive benefits and consistent remuneration packages, according to HR strategy; /liliSupport the team in the definition and execution of the employer branding strategy; /liliProposes the development a company succession plan; /liliPrepares and support the management of the HR Committees; /liliManage overall labor costs and budget activities based on input and in agreement with the CHRO; /liliManage the personnel administration/labour law activities in the Group, directly or through the local HR referent or HRBP in charge; /liliManages, in close collaboration with the CHRO and the President, the relationships with the Unions when and where involved; /liliCollaborates with the Safety Manager to maintain all pertaining programs; /liliDefines and propose the HR KPI dashboard and control process; /liliManages and communicates HR performance through the analysis and the use of HR data and systems; /liliCoveres the role of Privacy Referent according to GDPR current legislation and manage privacy policies. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongQUALIFICATIONS: /strong /pulliProven experience in a similar role within multinational companies and multicultural environments; /liliKnowledge of strategic process management (recruitment, selection, and onboarding); /liliProven skills in personnel development (training, performance, career); /liliAdministrative management skills (payroll, contracts); /liliExpertise in the implementation, development, and maintenance of projects related to employee well-being and engagement; /liliExcellent data analysis skills; /liliSkills in managing union negotiations; /liliExcellent knowledge of labor regulations; /liliStrong focus on corporate strategy. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongADDITIONAL SKILLS: /strong /pulliWillingness to travel 30% of the time; /liliExcellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written; /liliExcellent knowledge of the National Collective Labor Agreement for Commerce /li /ulpbr/ppemuSoft skills /u /em: /pulliTeam playing; /liliProblem Solving; /liliInnovative and proactive approach; /liliResults orientation. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppemSmart working 40% /em /ppemFlexible working hours /em /ppemuSalary: depending on background experience /u /em /ppbr/ppbr/ppbr/ppstrongAPPLICATION PROCESS /strong /ppIf you meet the qualifications and are enthusiastic about contributing to our team, please submit your resume.
