Field: visualization & display solutions (healthcare/control rooms) The position focuses on designing, implementing & executing automated tests to ensure the reliability & functionality of embedded software systems. The ideal candidate will work within a highly innovative environment, contributing to advanced video technologies deployed worldwide Key Responsibilities Develop & execute automated test cases in parallel with embedded software development Collaborate with developers to improve testability & validate features against requirements Support continuous integration by automating test processes & minimizing manual testing Create comprehensive test plans, write test cases & prepare detailed test reports Perform reliability & functional validation through continuous testing cycles Configure & maintain test setups, including hardware boards & instrumentation Conduct simulations to verify interoperability with external devices & systems under critical conditions Requirements BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, preferably in embedded environments Strong knowledge of CI /CD methodologies & Agile testing practices Proficiency in Python for test automation & data analysis Experience with version control systems (SVN, Git ) Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Robot Framework, Pytest ) Hands-on experience with Jenkins or similar CI platforms Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA for bug tracking, Confluence for documentation) Ability to work with embedded Linux systems & network configurations Nice -to -have Experience with proprietary communication protocols & hardware integration Exposure to network switches (Extreme, Netgear ) for test environments Background in reliability testing & large -scale automated simulations Location: Saronno (VA) – 3 /5 days Freelancers are highly welcomed too Candidates of any gender identity, after reviewing the mandatory privacy notice available at are kindly requested to submit their CV in PDF format, quoting the reference number (Ref. ).
