Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Technology Consulting Practitioners to support global domain migration and IT transformation activities. This role requires onsite presence and local language proficiency to facilitate coordination between global technical teams and local stakeholders.
You will work closely with international technical leads and act as the local point of contact, ensuring seamless execution of migration activities and effective communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide onsite support for domain migration and system transition activities
* Act as a liaison between global technical teams and local stakeholders
* Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and align on project objectives
* Support execution of cutover and migration plans, ensuring minimal disruption
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and operational issues
* Provide advisory support to IT teams on best practices and solutions
* Analyze outcomes of migration activities and recommend improvements
* Mentor and guide junior team members when required
* Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and governance
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Strong experience in Workplace Technology Solutions
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Server Upgrade & Migration
* Experience with domain migrations and IT infrastructure transitions
* Familiarity with data migration processes
* Understanding of M&A separation and cutover planning
* Experience with Quest On Demand migration tools (preferred)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
Additional Requirements
* Must be available for onsite work during the project duration
* Willingness to travel or be deployed to nearby locations if needed
* Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed, international teams
Preferred Qualifications
* Prior experience supporting global IT migration projects
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Proven ability to work independently while coordinating with remote teams
NOTE: This role is open to part-time work as long as you can be on-site from 9-5pm.
