PRE SALES / NETWORKING TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALISTWe are seeking a Pre-Sales Technical Engineer for Italy to expand our team, reporting to the Country Manager and HQ Project Manager.The role involves supporting the sales network by generating commercial offers and technical specifications, acting as the technical reference point for customer advice.You will design and deliver technical presentations to train the sales team and prepare supporting tools and documentation.You will also prepare activity reports for management, assist customers in product selection to meet their needs, and collaborate with Marketing and Commercial departments.Additional responsibilities include supporting the Testing department to ensure product quality and safety standards, providing technical assistance during initial sales stages, and facilitating customer satisfaction through advice and information collection.You will support the Sales Department and Product Management with tasks such as:Installing and configuring networking devices (APs, switches, controllers) and hardware/software;Monitoring and maintaining networks;Guiding staff or clients through setup and troubleshooting;Troubleshooting hardware/software issues;Providing support documentation and reports;Supporting application rollouts;Responding promptly to service requests;Managing multiple cases efficiently;Handling Office MIS and RMA procedures;Performing basic website updates;Providing internal and external training;Arranging and demonstrating products;Visiting customers regularly;Representing the company at events and roadshows.The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills, able to work independently, set goals, and interact effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel, including management.
