ATTIVITA': - Coordinare le attività necessarie alla corretta gestione del processo di elaborazione delle busta paga affidata a provider esterno;
- Gestire le attività amministrative del personale relativamente agli adempimenti di natura retributiva, contabile, fiscale, previdenziale e welfare;
- Gestire le pratiche inerenti assunzioni, cessazioni, mobilità inter-societaria, distacchi;
- Supportare il Manager nell’individuazione e promozione, in ottica di miglioramento continuo dei processi, soluzioni innovative/best practice;
- Analizzare e monitorare i KPI dei processi di competenza, in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali. CARATTERISTICHE: - Laurea Magistrale/Specialistica/Vecchio Ordinamento conseguita in materie giuridiche, economiche;
- costituisce titolo preferenziale l’aver lavorato in Studi di consulenza del lavoro;
- buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- conoscenza applicativi Zucchetti;
- ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali, di negoziazione e flessibilità; elevato focus sugli obiettivi; capacità di pianificazione e di analisi. **About The Company**:
