PpCreated in 2008, GÉNÉRALE DU SOLAIRE is a French independent producer of renewable electricity. /p pPresent across the entire value chain, the group is an expert in the development, engineering, construction, financing and operation of photovoltaic power plants. Backed by innovation and expertise in new photovoltaic technologies, GÉNÉRALE DU SOLAIRE offers solutions tailored to each market. In France and Italy, the Group manages all ground-mounted, pond-mounted, rooftop and shaded solar projects, from development to operation. GÉNÉRALE DU SOLAIRE employs 130 employees based in France and in Italy. The group generated €100M in revenue in 2025 and forecasts €140M in revenue in 2026 across all its activities. /p pGDS SOLE is the Italian branch of the GÉNÉRALE DU SOLAIRE Group. Headquartered in Milan with activities spanning across all Italy, it employs 9 people with a 450MW pipe under development (of which 52MW already under operation). /p h3JOB PRESENTATION /h3 pReporting hierarchically to the Managing Director Italy and functionally to the Production and Asset Director in France, you will be responsible for managing and supervising all photovoltaic power plants in Italy from their commissioning and throughout their operation duration supported by company Asset Director and her team. /p pYou will be responsible for the operating results of the SPVs, accountable for the performance of the plants, and the operational, contractual and administrative management of the portfolio. You will be the main contact of all operational third parties (OM, HS, electricity off-takers, GSE, e-distribuzione…etc). To this end, you will have the following main tasks. /p h3MAIN TASKS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liManage (including negotiation and implementation) all contractual and operational aspects, rights and obligations related to the operational contracts (e.g. electricity off-take contracts, GSE contracts, outsourced asset management contracts (if any), OM agreements, HS agreements, leases …etc) in accordance with the Group guidelines and strategy, involving the appropriate departments and ensuring adequate coordination. Check the respect of performance guarantees provided by EPC contractors until 2 years after COD. /li liManage the interface with the OM contractors for support and validation in the management of technical aspects and for guarantees check. /li liCheck the technical reports of the OM contactors and request further clarifications if necessary to ensure adequate monitoring of the system’s performance. Work with technical teams to secure the resources needed to implement improvement initiatives. /li liMonitor key indicators (production, availability, sales, …etc.) by asset on a monthly basis - Analyze variances against budget. /li liManage insurance policies and any claims in relationship with the insurance companies and the OM contractors. /li liFulfill all the obligations required by the grid operator, the market, the regulator and/or any other institutions regarding contractual or market requirements. /li liDraw up and monitor annual operating budgets with the aim of maximizing the profitability of the assets. /li liControl and approve invoicing and periodically verify and monitor the energy metering of the systems in order to guarantee the regular and consistent flow of revenues to the companies (PPA, FER and GOs revenues) /li liMaintain contact with the Finance department for accounting, taxes, treasury, planning, controlling reporting activities and in the preparation of financial statements and other relevant reports and declarations for the assigned companies. /li liSupport and/or prepare internal and external periodic reporting related to asset management activities. /li /ul h3SKILLS AND QUALITIES /h3 ul liAt least 2 years' experience in companies operating in the photovoltaic energy sector /li liExcellent data analysis and interpretation skills /li liExcellent interpersonal and networking skills, predisposition for teamwork and relationships with various internal and external contacts /li liExcellent knowledge of operating systems (Office, SAP) /li liGood knowledge of the electricity market regulation would be a plus /li liGood knowledge of the English language (minimum B2 level) /li liKnowledge of the French language is a plus /li liDriving license (on-site visits are to be expected). /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
