The ideal candidate holds RSPP qualification and has proven expertise in the assessment, mitigation, and management of machinery risks, including conformity with applicable directives, standards, and safeguarding requirements. /p pThe EHS Manager will play a key role in driving a strong safety culture, ensuring regulatory and corporate compliance, and leading risk reduction initiatives across the organization. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS programs within a multinational manufacturing environment. /li liPromote and sustain a strong safety culture through proactive leadership and engagement at all organizational levels. /li liPerform in-depth analysis, evaluation, and mitigation of machinery‑related risks, ensuring compliance with relevant directives, standards, and legal requirements. /li liDefine and implement effective technical and organizational control measures to reduce risk exposure. /li liEnsure full compliance with local legislation and corporate EHS requirements. /li liConduct internal and external audits and ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems. /li liDesign and deliver EHS training programs tailored to operational and managerial audiences. /li liAct as a key point of contact for authorities, auditors, and internal stakeholders on EHS‑related matters. /li /ul h3Professional Requirements /h3 ul liTechnical diploma or degree with 10+ years of experience in Environmental, Health and Safety roles within a manufacturing environment. /li liMandatory RSPP qualification (ATECO 4). /li liStrong expertise in machinery safety, including risk assessment, safeguarding, and conformity evaluation. /li liExcellent knowledge of Italian health and safety legislation (Legislative Decree 81/2008) and environmental regulations (Legislative Decree 152/2006). /li liIn‑depth knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards, including system maintenance and audit readiness. /li liFluency in English with strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
