Joining us means joining a truly global community of more than 36 300 people dedicated to solving real-world mobility challenges and achieving international projects with sustainable local impact. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport tender quotations for industrial test means. /li liContribute to Product test strategy and Industrialization test roadmap. /li liContribute to the development of the product test specification defined by engineering team. /li liDevelop the test bench technical specification along with the Engineering team and/or external supplier. /li liAs per defined by Product test strategy and Industrial testing standards: develop, deploy, validate and maintain test bench, fixtures, test sequence, programming tools, etc. /li liManage testing means development or upgrade including configuration management (Hardware and Software) and related validation. /li liManage maintenance and calibration of active tools/test fixtures (internal, external). /li liEnsure support to manufacturing (internal / external) related to industrial test means: deployment, upgrade, follow up, reporting, maintenance, debug, expertise and continuous improvement. /li liTrain the manufacturing workers regarding the correct application of testing procedures and the use of test benches. /li liComply with EHS Alstom and external standards. /li liPropose improvement ideas and evolution of industrial test standards and tools. /li /ul h3Experience and skills required /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering, or equivalent. /li li2 to 5 years of experience in the testing field, preferably in the electromechanical and railway sectors. /li liElectronics domain: scheme critical analysis, troubleshooting investigation, analog and digital components. /li liCompetence in measurement tools/sensors used in testing applications, in programming and using data acquisition systems. /li liAbility to design and utilize CAD software and simulation tools for the development of test benches, tools, interfaces, etc. /li liExperience in hydraulics’ domain. /li liTest bench: structure and principle, maintenance, debug, troubleshooting investigation. /li liExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams. /li liGood knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken. /li /ul pJob location: Florence /p pAn agile, inclusive and responsible culture is the foundation of our company where diverse people are offered excellent opportunities to grow, learn and advance in their careers.
