PpZappos is looking for an Ecommerce Analyst to support business analysis and reporting. This role will be responsible for collaborating across teams to develop reports, create dashboards and deliver actionable insights. The candidate will have a strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs, customer journeys and web analytics. The candidate will need to layer and compare data sources across internal platforms. The right candidate will have a passion for using data to answer business questions that are complex, dynamic, and not always clearly defined. /p pThe role is 100% onsite in office (Madison, WI or New York). /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liMaintain ongoing reporting and develop reporting capabilities to answers ad-hoc business questions /li liWork with internal stakeholders to capture requirements and build dashboards, reports and segments /li liPrepare weekly reports on business drivers and opportunities across web and app /li liAnalyze raw data sets and conduct deep dives into site data and customer journeys /li liConduct quantitative analyses that range from specific questions to open-ended questions that inform large scale strategies with the ability to determine what data is needed /li liEducate and empower stakeholders with tools and techniques to solve evolving business challenges /li liEvangelize consistent reporting practices and foster a culture of analytics across teams /li liScale analytic capabilities by troubleshooting data issues, leading enhancements and driving the adoption of analytics tools /li liIdentify opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams (business and tech) to implement solutions /li liChampion clean data by identifying data issues and assisting in data hygiene efforts /li /ul h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul li5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience /li li3+ years of business or financial analysis experience /li liBachelor's degree or equivalent /li liExperience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights /li liExperience with Excel /li liExperience with SQL /li liExperience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders /li liExperience leading analysis, customer segmentation and/or product behavior analysis /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience within e-commerce or Retail fields /li liUsage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices /li liAbility to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences /li /ul pThe base salary range for this position is listed below. Your package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
