Our platform enables manufacturers to increase yield, improve quality, optimize energy usage, and enhance throughput, at scale and in real-time across complex, multi-site operations. /p h3The Role /h3 pAt Braincube, we work with complex industrial environments where insight, credibility, and judgment matter. This role is for someone who leads enterprise conversations, understands what drives operational performance, and values thoughtful execution. /p h3What you'll do /h3 ul liDrive enterprise new customer acquisition and strategic expansion across assigned EMEA manufacturing accounts /li liBuild and execute strategic account plans to expand footprint across plants, regions, and business units /li liEngage senior stakeholders including COOs, CFO's, VPs of Operations, Plant Managers, Engineering leaders, Quality, and executive sponsors /li liTranslate operational challenges into quantified business cases tied to ROI and core manufacturing KPIs /li liNavigate enterprise procurement, budgeting, and approval processes across EMEA /li liLead discovery focused on yield improvement, throughput, quality, energy efficiency, downtime reduction, and cost optimization /li liPosition Braincube as a strategic partner in enterprise manufacturing transformation initiatives /li liClearly communicate measurable financial and operational impact /li liOrchestrate internal resources including Customer Operations, Marketing, Product and Executive Leadership /li liMaintain strong CRM hygiene, pipeline discipline, and accurate forecasting /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul li10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with significant experience selling into manufacturing or industrial customers /li liProven success closing large, complex enterprise deals with multiple decision-makers /liliStrong understanding of manufacturing operations and OT/IT environments /li liConsistent history of meeting or exceeding enterprise performance expectations /li liExecutive-level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills /li /ul h3Preferred Experience /h3 ul liSelling industrial software, AI-driven solutions, or operational technology platforms /li liExperience with multi-site or global manufacturing organizations /li liIndustry exposure to Food Beverage, Oil Gas, Life Sciences, Chemicals, Pulp Paper, Mining, Building Materials, Discrete Manufacturing /li /ul h3Compensation On-Target Earnings (EMEA) /h3 ul li€135,000 base salary plus variable compensation /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liComprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage - 100% employer paid /li li25 days of paid time off (PTO) /li /ul pBraincube has been recognized by Gartner® in the Magic Quadrant™ for Global Industrial IoT Platforms for five consecutive years (2021–2025). /p pSenior Account Executive Manufacturing EMEA • Pescara, ITALY /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
