For our Zola Predosa site, we are looking for a young professional to join our team as Marketing Spirits – New Brands Trainee.
In the role of New Brands Trainee, you will be responsible for:
Responsibilities
- Analyse data and insights to identify industry, consumer, and market trends.
- Develop and manage point-of-purchase (POP) materials.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Demand teams to share stock availability and key information.
- Monitor and plan sales activities across direct sales channels (Ho.Re.Ca.).
- Collect and analyse customer feedback.
- Evaluate promotions and in-store activities.
- Manage relationships with commercial partners.
- Analyse sales performance across distribution channels (GDO).
- Evaluate the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
- Conduct market research.
- Analyse competitor activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Postgraduate course in Beverage, Spirits, and Luxury Brand Management
- Strong knowledge of emerging and latest digital media trends
- General understanding of the Ho.Re.Ca. channel
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Proficient in Excel
