Mission
We are seeking a Public Procurement Lawyer - Infrastructure to contribute to our Inspection body, which operates according to the standard UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17020. Learn more about our commitment here:
Key Accountabilities
* Supervise the execution of service contracts with public administrations, ensuring regulatory compliance.
* Supervise regulatory compliance of corporate operational and organizational models, contributing to the development and updating of internal procedures in collaboration with other functions.
* Perform inspections based on project documentation, particularly tender specifications and contract outlines.
* Manage contacts and maintain relationships with public and private clients.
* Ensure accurate data entry into RINA systems according to established procedures.
* Ensure all activities adhere to the Rina Check Quality Management System.
* Comply with HSE Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines.
* Be aware of the quality of your work and its impact on service delivery; contribute to QMS improvements.
* Manage direct communication with customers, suppliers, and field personnel.
Education
Master’s Degree in Law
Qualifications
* Experience working with both private and public stakeholders in the construction sector is essential.
* Expertise in inspection practices per UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17020 standard.
* Background in administrative law and public contracts is desirable.
* Registration in the relevant professional register is mandatory.
* Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the field.
