About The Role
As digitalization accelerates across all divisions, our business model increasingly relies on seamless digital and physical client journeys. To support this transformation, we are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Digital Team in Italy.
Your mission: leverage data for actionable client insights that empower all our divisions and markets.
Key Responsibilities

* Collect and analyze data from multiple sources
* Create clear dashboards and reports to present analytical findings
* Interpret results to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges
* Collaborate closely with Divisions to understand data needs and develop tailored analyses and solutions
* Maintain and enhance data systems and analytical tools to ensure accuracy and relevance
* Conduct complex analyses and synthesize findings into impactful, decision‑ready reporting
Required Qualifications
*
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Economics, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field
* 2–4 years of experience in a data/analytics role, ideally in retail, luxury, or CRM
* Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI
* Familiarity with Salesforce and Imagino
* Fluent in English; Italian is a strong plus
