🚀 We’re Hiring | Finance Director – Italy Subsidiary
As part of the expansion of our operations in Italy, our international group is looking for a Finance Director – Italy Subsidiary to lead and coordinate all financial activities across the Italian perimeter, in close collaboration with the Group Finance Department.
This is a key leadership role with strong strategic exposure and direct impact on the business.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
* Define and drive the financial strategy of the Italian subsidiary in line with Group guidelines.
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and management control activities.
* Oversee accounting, taxation, treasury, and compliance with Italian regulations.
* Act as key financial partner to banks, auditors, and local advisors.
* Support external growth initiatives in Italy (financial analysis, due diligence, post-merger integration).
* Ensure alignment of financial processes and systems with Group standards and tools.
👤 Your Profile
* Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields.
* Must have experience in Transaction Services with a big 4 or large / reputable accounting & audit firm.
* Previously led a Finance Department in a Industrial company.
* Solid experience (at least 7 years) in senior financial leadership roles a Finance Director / Senior Finance Manager.
* Strong knowledge of the Italian accounting and tax environment.
* Fluent in English or in French.
