IT Specialist The IT Specialist will be part of Group IT Team and will play a key role in ensuring efficiency, security and evolution of the Group's technological infrastructure. The IT Specialist will be a key business partner to support users across the globe. The IT Specialist will also be involved in implementing cybersecurity best practices and will contribute to the organization's digital transformation. Provide first and second level technical support to users on Windows environment (client and server); • Manage and administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive); • Resolve hardware and software issues, ensuring business continuity; • Networking and Security: • Assist the team in managing network infrastructure; • Learn and support the configuration of Fortinet appliances (FortiGate, FortiSwitch); • Participate in network implementation and optimization projects. Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, or related field • 4/5 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles • Excellent knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft cloud services • Networking skills (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN) • Good level of technical English (written and spoken Microsoft certifications (MD-102, MS-900, AZ-900 or similar) • Previous experience with network appliances or firewalls • Basic knowledge of Fortinet or other networking/security vendors If you are interested in this role, please forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, authorizing the treatment of your personal data according to Dlgs. it
