Identify and propose improvement solutions to the client, jointly validating the roadmap to achieve the objectives.Managing, collaborating, and motivating their team to maximize results.Coaching client teams to achieve results beyond expectations.Achieve top management satisfaction by bringing required solutions and meeting defined milestones.Developing own know-how and knowledge network in the areas of operational excellence.WHO YOU AREMaster's degree in Management Engineering or EconomicsStrong experience (6 to 10 years) in Risk & Regulation projects within the leading consulting firms or the main Insurance market playersKnowledge of the main insurance business, control and supporting processesDeep knowledge of the Solvency II, IDD and main IVASS's regulations, ESG and sustainability impacts on Insurance industryExperiences in the implementation of the Risk Governance framework for insurance companiesEstimation process of Technical Provisions, local and international accounting principles (IFRS17, IFRS9) will be considered as a plusExperience in managing complex regulatory transforming projects with one or more teams under his own responsibilityCapability to establish direct relationships with CxOs of the insurance companies (CRO, CFO, Compliance officer, Internal Audit Officer, Actuarial function, Chief of investments, etc.)Advanced knowledge of MS Office suiteKnowledge of analytics tools such as Python and data visualization tools (Power BI) is also highly appreciatedProactive with excellent initiative, autonomous and results orientedRigorous and pragmatic with good analytical, synthesis and problem-solving skillsPrevious experience in managing extended/international teams and running projects in autonomyKeen on coaching and training younger resourcesExcellent level of Italian and English.
