Join our extraordinary team today! /p pThe focus of the following position is to provide support to Prototype Lab Department as Validation Engineer for Local and Global projects of Combine Harvester products, including all systems and sub-systems. As key-activity he/she will manage and conduct the requested tests under his responsibility, i.e. system and sub-system instrumentation; data acquisition and post-processing; duty cycle creation for existing or new test benches; test bench design, setup and operation; activities tracking etc. /p pThe Validation Engineer will also be responsible of developing and publishing reports based on the results acquired during the performed tests and/or after data analysis; participate in multi-functional product development groups to plan the activities and assure the adequate support for the Local and Global projects. /p pEffective participation and contribution to groups responsible for the elaboration and alignment of procedures and standards that add value to products. /p pProactive contribution to Lab's competence's growth with innovative ideas and new technology's introduction. /p h3Your Impact /h3 ul lipPrepare systems and sub-systems for data collection infieldor lab environment.Reporting test progress and events within AGCO reporting tools. Planning and tracking lab test activities to reach the targets for all tests under his accountability. /p /li lipRootcauseanalysis of problems and events during or after testing phase. Create technical reports based on the results of tests under accountability. Post process data to generate duty cycles to validate system and sub-system in lab environment and/or virtual environment. /p /li lipCreate test procedures to ensure repeatability and reproducibility in the lab environment. Conduct meetings with the product design team to determine product testing parameters, test methods, and acceptance criteria. Design and/or coordinate designers for new benches or equipment needed for specific tests. /p /li lipFollow up manufacturing and installation of benches or equipment to ensure proper testing conditions. Maintain instruments and equipment in terms of functionality and calibration. Contribute to the optimization of current Lab test equipment and procedures. /p /li lipCreate and maintain effective relationships with key suppliers of materials and equipment.
