Finance & Controlling Senior Manager

Overview We are looking for a Finance & Controlling Senior Manager to join the Team in Milan.
Your Impact The Finance & Controlling Senior Manager is responsible for strengthening profitability and planning accuracy through structured budgeting and forecasting, effective margin control, and continuous optimization of financial systems and reporting processes.
Activities
* Oversee financial controlling and FP&A activities
* Coordinate and orchestrate the monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing process
* Support P&L closing and financial reporting with variance analysis and performance insights
* Manage and improve budgeting and forecasting processes at group level
* Monitor and control cost and gross margin performance
* Supervise inventory valuation processes and stock accounting methodologies
* Ensure proper financial data integration across ERP and reporting systems
* Collaborate with IT and finance teams on system optimization and data quality
* Prepare consolidated financial reports and support group consolidation activities
* Standardize reporting processes and improve financial workflows across the group
Who We Are Looking For
* 10 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment with exposure to private equity–backed structures
* Advanced proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SAP
* Fluency in both Italian and English
