The ideal candidate will have strong problem solving and leadership skills, strategic vision, determination and accountability together with the ability to work and lead cross-functional teams. /p pWhat will your day-to-day responsibilities look like? /p ul liProvide overall strategic and technical leadership in managing the programs with particular focus on profitability, quality and on time delivery throughout all the life cycle of the program. /li liLead a team of Project and Program Managers /li liManage the programs in the short term and create a vision for the programs in the medium/long term. /li liManage program contracts /li liRisk Management /li liEnsure the on time development of the assigned programs, verifying they are compliant with the budget and formulating offers for any changes in the "scope of work" /li liEnsure effective and efficient communication with the customer, enhance relationships ensuring timely and accurate answers /li liMaintain accurate reporting on the program status, to both Site and Corporate organization, using appropriate performance indicators and constantly measuring the level of customer satisfaction /li liCoordinate inter-functional activities contributing to the achievement of the business goals /li liBe accountable for Recovery Planning /li liCoordinate the preparation of technical and commercial proposals working with other company departments /li liSupport audit activities requested by customers. /li /ul pTravel: Availability to short/medium duration travels, domestic and international is required /p h3Job Requirements /h3 pWhat will you bring to the role? /p ul liAn engineering degree or management degree /li liA demonstrable background as a Senior Program Manager working within a multi-national, complex matrix-based organization /li liA minimum of 5 years' experience in product / industrial / engineering management, with at least 2 – 3 years' managing complex, technical/manufacturing programs /li liPassionate desire to excel against demanding customer expectations /li liStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build strong business relationships with a diverse customer group /li liStrength of character, resolve and drive for results.
