This role is critical to maintaining the precision tools, fixtures, jigs, and gauges that support our shop manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance, accuracy, and longevity of production tooling through preventive maintenance, repair, and calibration activities. /p h3Job Description /h3 pAvenza Aero Alliance maintenance specialist, reporting to the Facility and Maintenance Leader, will support within the following Maintenance and Repair activities: /p ul liPerform scheduled preventive maintenance on manufacturing fixtures, jigs, templates, and specialized tooling used in turbine, generator, and energy equipment production /li liDiagnose and troubleshoot tooling failures and implement corrective repairs to maintain/improve safety and minimize production downtime /li liSupport shop tool engineers to rebuild, refurbish, and restore worn or damaged fixtures to original specifications /li liSupport in troubleshooting, corrective maintenance and repair activities on CNC machinery /li liMaintain detailed maintenance records and documentation in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) in use E‑maint /li liCoordinate the calibration of measuring instruments according to quality standards /li liConduct regular calibration of precision measuring instruments and gauges per established schedules /li liVerify dimensional accuracy of fixtures and tooling against engineering specifications and tolerances /li liCoordinate with quality assurance teams to ensure tooling meets ISO and industry standards /li liMaintain calibration certificates and traceability documentation /li liCollaborate with manufacturing engineers to identify tooling improvement opportunities /li liSupport new product introductions by preparing and validating fixtures for production readiness /li liProvide technical expertise to production teams on proper fixture usage and handling /li liAssist in root cause analysis investigations related to tooling‑induced quality issues /li liManage tooling inventory, including storage, organization, and tracking systems /li liIdentify obsolete or redundant tooling and recommend disposition /li liCoordinate with procurement and manufacturing tooling engineers for replacement parts and tooling components /li liMaintain clean and organized maintenance work areas /li /ul h3Key Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience in mechanical technology, aerospace, industrial engineering, or related field preferred /li liMinimum 3-5 years of experience in fixture and tooling maintenance in a manufacturing environment /li liStrong mechanical aptitude with hands‑on experience in precision fitting /li liProficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and GDT specifications /li liExperience with precision measuring instruments /li liWorking knowledge of CMMS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) /li liExcellent attention to detail and quality focus /li liAbility to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks /li liAdaptability to changing production needs and schedules /li liIntermediate level knowledge of English – B1 /li liCommitment to safety protocols and continuous improvement /li liEffective communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration /li liExcellent interpersonal and relational skills, curiosity and precision complete the profile /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in aeroderivative turbine, power generation, aerospace, or heavy equipment manufacturing /li liFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing and 5S methodologies /li liKnowledge of welding and fabrication techniques /li liSix Sigma or quality certification /li liStrong problem‑solving and analytical skills /li liKnowledge of E‑maint CMMS and Oracle ERP will be a plus /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pRelocation Assistance Provided: No /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
