_ Responsibility for the sales & service activities of our subsidiary in Italy
- Target and results-oriented management of the subsidiary, including the implementation of business measures and objectives, as well as budget and result responsibility in sales & service
- Development and implementation of innovative and success-oriented sales strategies
- Strengthening the sales team and sales activities with a clear growth strategy in Italy
- Acquisition of new customers and new markets
- Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees in our subsidiary, as well as their promotion and development
- Close leadership of the sales team, including joint customer meetings and leading final negotiations
- Support and implementation of orders and projects **Anforderungen**:
_ Completed degree in mechanical engineering or economical degree with good technical knowledge
- Several years of work experience in the sales of machining centers
