Overview
As a member of the Robotics Facilities team, this position will be responsible for facilities oversight of strategic logistics storage and distribution locations across the United States and support other non-logistics facility site launches as needed. The successful candidate must operate as a partner to local business leaders within our Logistics Team, Finance, HR, IT, and other functional areas, as well as with Robotics EHS and Facilities teams. They should operate at both strategic and tactical levels, acting as an internal ambassador, educator, analyst, solutions architect, and implementer. Strong knowledge of Facilities Management, Project Management, and Operations with a financial focus is critical. They should also have technical knowledge, strong writing capabilities, and experience developing and managing scalable programs and standardized processes for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities
* Ensure all facilities are operated and maintained in alignment with established standards and procedures; develop standards and procedures as business and customer needs evolve.
* Manage third-party contractors/vendors engaged in operating and maintaining properties.
* Develop, cultivate, and own relationships with landlords, property management companies, and third-party service providers and vendors.
* Oversee capital projects, operations projects, and reconfigurations to exceed customer stakeholder expectations.
* Oversee office services and programs such as reception, mail/post services, space management, food service, and parking.
* Drive and support special projects and strategic initiatives for the portfolio.
* Collaborate with cross-functional partners including HR, IT, Corporate Security, Safety/Emergency Preparedness, Business Assurance and Business Continuity.
* Participate in site-level crises including coordination with FM, stakeholders, HR, Robotics EHS and Facilities Leadership, BAC, Corporate Security, and Business Continuity (risk/legal when required).
* Assist with annual budget development, financial variance reports, and operations analysis.
* Establish and maintain open, positive relationships with team members and customers (Amazon employees).
* Manage small operations-based projects and coordinate with support groups to ensure regulatory and compliance systems and processes are implemented. Own monthly/quarterly reporting to business leaders on transactions, projects, and operations.

Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree, or 4+ years of full-time Amazon experience
* 6+ years of facilities management, office management, corporate administrative services, or hospitality management experience, or Professional Engineering registration
* Ability to travel to local sites up to 25% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of sourcing/procurement, building systems and maintenance, vendor management and customer service
* 2+ years of shipping & receiving, inventory and warehousing practices experience
* Experience in creating and managing budgets
* Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
* Experience with legal terms and structures for standard commercial contracts
* Experience with Oracle DB or managing full application stacks from OS up through custom applications and experience in deploying identity and access management systems

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
