Our client is a leading multinational company operating in the automation sector for the Retail, Banking and Distribution markets and, in order to implement its Service & Support staff, has tasked us with seeking a Field & Remote Support Technician.
Posizione:
The selected candidate, reporting to the Technical & Service Director, within the scope of competence and assigned territories, will be responsible for the following activities:
* Install, maintenance, repair, and overhaul of all Sesami equipment;
* Second-level remote support;
* Performance of contractually required testing;
* Commissioning, testing, and on-site surveys;
* Organization of interventions within your area ofexpertise;
* Fault analysis and definition or implementation of corrective measures;
* Preparation of activity reports for the Service Manager.
Requisiti:
* Technical knowledge in electronics/IT or willingness to acquire the necessary skills;
* Previous experience as an automated cash management systems technician is preferred;
* Retail/banking experience preferred;
* Ability to work independently and in a structured manner;
* Strong commitment and dedication to work;
* Valid driving license for Class B vehicles;
* Availability to travel;
* Availability to work overtime upon request;
* Basic knowledge of MS Office/Windows operating system / Database;
* Basic spoken and written English.
