PpJoin to apply for the bMedia Coordinator /b role at bInternational Olympic Committee – IOC /b /p pAs part of the Content Systems and Workflows unit, the Media Coordinator plays a key role in supporting and maintaining content creation workflows and best practices across the Olympic Channel ecosystem. The role requires proficiency with traffic, ingest, quality control, production asset management, media asset management, and content management systems. The Media Coordinator also serves as a first point of contact for workflow‑related support, working closely with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently while ensuring established support protocols are followed. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAdminister Production Asset Management (PAM), MAM/DAM systems in accordance with defined workflows and best practices. /li liManage media and metadata accuracy across all systems, correcting errors where necessary to ensure consistency, reliability, and quality. /li liOversee media lifecycle processes, including media deletion cycles and coordination with MCR operators to ensure timely media availability. /li liAssist with tracking, organizing, and performing quality control checks on digital and multimedia content prior to distribution. /li liPerform basic video editing and content preparation using Adobe Premiere Pro, including trimming, assembling, and preparing assets for review or publication. /li liRespond promptly to system or content issues, collaborating with Editorial, Technical, and Support teams to ensure timely resolution. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDemonstrated interest and experience in digital media, live event coverage, or broadcast production environments. /li liBachelor’s degree in Audiovisual Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, Multimedia, or a related field. /li liMinimum of 5 years’ experience in media coordination, content management, or a similar role, preferably within sports, live events, or digital platforms. /li liWorking knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or similar non‑linear editing software for basic video editing and content preparation. /li liExceptional attention to detail, particularly in metadata accuracy, content quality control, and workflow compliance. /li liStrong organizational skills with the ability to work independently under pressure and manage tight deadlines. /li liProficiency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an asset. /li liFlexible, adaptable, and proactive mindset with a strong focus on problem‑solving and process improvement. /li liAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within cross‑functional teams. /li liFast learner with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to analyze situations from multiple perspectives. /li /ul h3Workplace Environment /h3 ul liFast‑paced, dynamic work environment. /li liSubject to national and international criminal background checks. /li liOn‑site Host City. /li /ul h3Additional Terminology /h3 ul liOCS: Olympic Channel Services /li liOBS: Olympic Broadcasting Services /li liMAM: Media Asset Management /li liVOD: Video on Demand /li /ul pWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all people.
