The Project Manager provides daily supervision and management to the Army Community Services Team and is IGH’s primary conduit for information flow to and from Team members and the COR for the contract.brAccomplishes Human Resource (HR) objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees for the Army Community Services Team positions.brCommunicates job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions. Plans and reviews compensation actions while enforcing policies and procedures.brAchieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. Prepares and completes action plans. Implements and monitors production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards by resolving problems, completing audits, identifying trends and determining system improvements while ensuring that the standards are met by all employees.brMeets financial objectives by forecasting requirements. Prepares an annual budget by scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions as deemed necessary by the customer or IGH leadership.brUpdates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations.brReviews, evaluates, and enhances all contract deliverable to the customer produced by each Team Member.brEnhances the department and organizational reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishment.brEstablish and maintain a pipeline of target opportunities to ensure continued growth of the company.brConduct ongoing and routine outreach to existing and potential clients. Identify, escalate, and resolve issues affecting successful project performance. Establishes and maintains a close working relationship with subcontractors and prime contractor partners.brContributes to the overall corporate strategy development in the areas of Program Management and Business Development.brCoordinates Security Clearances for Army Community Services Team members with the Trusted Agent, ensures information is transferred into Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS). Coordinates issuance of Common Access Cards in a timely manner.brExecute on-boarding tasks including assignment of a Trusted Agent for TASS Activities.brCoordinate with the US Army Garrison Italy to conduct background checks and issuance of Common Access Cards.brMonitor attendance and performance of members of the Army Community Services Team Members. Approve Time sheets daily.brConduct counseling of members of the Army Community Services Team while documenting and making necessary corrective actions.brAdminister Personal Time Off in accordance with the IGH Employee Handbook and ensure accurate reporting of same into prescribed on-line systems.brManage travel required to support the mission of the Army Community Services Team, review, approve and submit Requests for Reimbursement in a Timely manner.brBe knowledgeable of able to perform all tasks required of Army Community Services Team members.brstrongQualified Candidates Must Possessbr/strongBachelor’s DegreebrPossess, or be able to obtain, a Secret Security ClearancebrDemonstrated staffing, planning and personal expertise in “People Management” Skills.brMust be able to manage profitability of the Army Community Services Team members and promote process improvement systems.brMust have sound Financial Management expertise and strategic strategy planning capabilities.brExpert skills at dealing with complex situations and analyzing complex data and information systems.brMust possess expert performance management and personnel enhancement skills.brAbility to use Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft WindowsbrMust be able to operate a personal computer to input, store, retrieve, and manipulate data, is required.brStrong organizational skills and a confident, detail-oriented, customer-oriented, positive mindset will be a great asset to these positions.brExperience working with military service members or their Family is required.brAbility to prepare and deliver reports and presentations.brstrongQualificationsbr/strongMust be fluent in written and oral English and Italian.br2 Years experience managing similar Army personnel/community programs.brAt Interactive Government Holdings, Inc.
