For an important international organization operating in the medical-scientific sector, we are looking for a
CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
The selected candidate will join the Membership & Registration team and will be mainly responsible for reviewing, updating and cleaning data within the company CRM system.
Main Responsibilities
Review and update data within Salesforce CRM
Identify and manage duplicates, inconsistencies and missing information
Validate and correct administrative and account data
Ensure database quality, accuracy and consistency
Support administrative and customer service activities within the department
Requirements
Diploma or university degree
Previous experience in administrative roles or data cleaning/data entry activities
Strong analytical skills and ability to handle repetitive tasks with precision
Familiarity with IT tools, databases and CRM systems (SalesForce)
Excellent knowledge of English and Italian
