* Lawyer or Chartered Accountant (Dottore Commercialista)
* .4+ years of activity in an Italian Tax boutique or in the tax department one of the Big Four
* .Focused in M&A transactions, taxation of financial products, international taxation, real estate and private equity
* .Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
* .Rome or Milan based
* Degree Vote - 105/110
